T&J Valve is seeking a transformation-focused Disruptive Change Maker to identify organizational opportunities and create sustainable business impact.
The role works with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across strategy, operations, technology, product, and other functions.
Key responsibilities
- Challenge existing business models, processes, products, and operating practices.
- Develop and execute transformation initiatives aligned with organizational growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
- Lead innovation and change initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Develop new business models, products, services, and customer experiences.
- Facilitate workshops, innovation sessions, and transformation programs.
- Define priorities, roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes with leadership.
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, prototypes, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Collaborate across functions to implement change, automation, technology adoption, and modernization.
- Assess risks and dependencies, monitor progress, remove barriers, and support organizational readiness.
