Role Overview
The Infrastructure Specialist – Advertising supports, maintains, and optimizes technology infrastructure for advertising platforms, campaign operations, data processing, tracking, reporting, and digital marketing services.
The role focuses on infrastructure availability, reliability, security, and performance while coordinating with engineering, advertising operations, cybersecurity, DevOps, network, data, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure supporting advertising platforms and digital marketing operations.
- Ensure reliable servers, cloud environments, networks, databases, and related services.
- Support advertising campaign management, ad serving, tracking, analytics, reporting, and data processing infrastructure.
- Monitor performance, availability, capacity, and resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, application, server, and system-performance issues.
- Investigate incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
- Support deployment, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance across development, testing, staging, and production.
- Manage cloud services and identify capacity or performance issues before customer impact.
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience procedures.
