Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Expert to convert cyber threat information into actionable intelligence.
The role supports proactive defense, risk management, security operations, and incident response.
The position requires analysis of threats, threat actors, attack methodologies, vulnerabilities, and intelligence findings.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor global and regional cyber threat landscapes, including emerging threats, campaigns, vulnerabilities, and threat actors.
- Collect, validate, correlate, and analyze intelligence from internal and external sources.
- Prepare intelligence reports, threat assessments, alerts, and executive briefings.
- Analyze threat actors, TTPs, IOCs, and campaigns using recognized frameworks and methodologies.
- Map adversary activity to MITRE ATT&CK and identify attack paths and defensive opportunities.
- Support SOC and incident response teams with timely intelligence and recommendations.
- Perform intelligence-driven threat hunting and identify indicators of compromise.
- Monitor dark web, OSINT, underground forums, vulnerabilities, and emerging exploits where appropriate.
- Maintain intelligence requirements, collection plans, databases, processes, procedures, and use cases.
- Collaborate with SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, risk, IT, and cybersecurity teams.
