• Must be familiar with Active Directory, VOIP Phone systems, label printers, and barcode scanners
• Experience leading infrastructure, cloud, and ERP migrations
• Microsoft Azure administration experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, or other automation tools
• Experience supporting a cloud transformation initiative
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to learn and train on a variety of software
• Excellent communication, customer service, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Excellent understanding of IT service management
• Excellent understanding of change and release management procedures
• Ability to analyse, evaluate, and define needs, as well as create and execute implementation test plans, is essential
• Knowledge of budget and vendor management is an asset

• The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 – $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
