Role purpose
Support the management, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure environments for high availability, security, stability, and operational resilience.
The infrastructure supports fintech systems and services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure, focusing on OCI infrastructure services.
- Support servers, virtualization, storage, backups, operating systems, and platform availability.
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and system alerts.
- Support patching, upgrades, system hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
- Manage Linux and Windows servers, IAM access, VPN connectivity, networking components, and cloud resources.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support production stability.
- Assist with infrastructure automation, CI/CD enablement, monitoring, and observability.
- Work with cybersecurity, application, and vendor teams on secure and compliant environments.
- Maintain documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
