Project role
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, software products, and configured services.
The work includes L1 and L2 troubleshooting, operating-system-level technology implementation, and support across server and network areas.
Required technical skills
- Network infrastructure is a required skill area.
- Required technologies include Cisco data center routing and switching, F5 load balancers, and wireless networking.
- Additional technical experience includes Cisco wireless controllers, Cisco routers, Fortinet firewalls, IPsec, SSL VPN, and Infoblox DDI.
- Experience with firewall and Infoblox DDI is listed as good to have.
Network responsibilities
- Prepare moderate to complex network designs and schematics for customer requirements.
- Prepare technician work orders and collaborate with customer technical teams on internetworking solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot WAN, LAN, and WLAN equipment in complex environments.
- Remotely support installations, circuit upgrades, and logical network changes.
- Maintain LAN and WAN designs, protocols, and routing, and troubleshoot critical incidents and problem tickets.
