- Hands on experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android support
- Experience with meeting rooms, video conferencing, and AV support
- Exposure to Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow is highly preferred
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
- ITIL certification is an advantage
