We are looking to hire an experienced IT Supervisor to join our technical team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in servers, networks, and general IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain computer systems, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Provide daily technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for employees.
- Administer servers, networks, Active Directory, and company systems.
- Ensure systems and software are updated regularly and operating efficiently.
- Monitor cyber security measures, backups, and data protection.
- Install and configure new hardware and software.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers and support technical projects.
- Prepare incident reports and document technical procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or server management.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and network environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Preferred Certifications:
- A+, Network+, CCNA (or equivalent).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
