About the Role
The Information Security Engineer will help protect and strengthen the organization's IT infrastructure and security environment.
The role includes security technology administration, incident response, vulnerability management, and security best-practice implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain NGFW, WAF, antivirus, and EDR security tools.
- Configure SIEM log sources, correlation rules, and dashboards.
- Manage PAM accounts, sessions, and access policies.
- Control user and service account privileges in Active Directory.
- Respond to, investigate, and remediate L1/L2 information security incidents.
- Conduct vulnerability scans and prepare remediation plans.
- Participate in infrastructure hardening projects and implement new security tools.
- Prepare technical documentation, guidelines, and standards.
Requirements
- Five years of information security experience is required.
- Hands-on administration experience with NGFW, WAF, and EDR is required.
- Experience with SIEM systems is required.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux is required.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, and routing is required.
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and current threats and defenses is required.
- English must be sufficient for reading technical documentation.
