Information Technology Operations Manager

Job Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for servicing computer and PC hardware.
• Maintain software licenses, maintenance contracts, inventories, hardware logs, configuration records, program files, and data files.
• Monitor software performance, error reports, integrity checks, system malfunctions, and solutions.
• Develop and manage an effective IT support service desk framework for service delivery and business continuity.
• Generate customer-support reports and evaluate overall support operations.
• Provide ongoing training to IT colleagues.

Hotel IT Operations

• Monitor hotel network performance and IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with departments to identify and resolve IT requirements and maintain business continuity.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and IT service partners to ensure timely delivery of procurement and support services.
• Maintain technology and systems resources for maximum performance and availability.
• Implement policies and procedures for data and asset availability, integrity, security, and business continuity.
• Comply with hotel environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• A degree in the information technology field is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role and proven knowledge of IT-related sectors are required.
• Excellent command of English, network design ability, and technical leadership capability are essential.
