- Lead digital transformation initiatives and drive process automation across business functions
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity compliance
- Manage software licensing, vendor relationships, IT budgets, and technology procurement
- Support project teams with IT solutions for engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls
- Oversee implementation and support of enterprise applications such as ERP, HRMS, EDMS, Power BI, and collaboration platforms
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure high availability of IT services
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in line with industry best practices
- Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring efficient service delivery and user support
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, or Industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, networking, databases, and enterprise software solutions
- Experience managing software implementations, digital transformation projects, and IT governance frameworks
