The IT Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh.

The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting IT-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and security of the company's IT systems, and providing technical support to staff.

The role will also involve monitoring network security measures, assisting in IT-related projects, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security, with experience in maintaining and securing IT infrastructure

Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues

Excellent Customer Service skills for providing technical support and assistance to end-users

Knowledge of compliance standards and enterprise IT policies is preferred

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required

Professional certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent are an advantage
