- Lead and manage LEED certification processes from project initiation to final certification approval.
- Prepare, review, and submit LEED documentation through relevant certification platforms.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve targeted LEED credits.
- Monitor project compliance with LEED requirements and sustainability objectives.
- Conduct LEED scorecard reviews, gap analyses, and sustainability assessments.
- Advise project teams on sustainable building design strategies and green building best practices.
- Evaluate energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality, and sustainable materials.
- Review energy models and building performance simulations.
- Analyze energy consumption, carbon emissions, and environmental impacts.
- Support renewable energy integration and decarbonization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Prepare sustainability reports, technical documentation, and project KPI tracking reports.
