Job Summary
The Information Security Manager leads the information security and cybersecurity program with a focus on GRC.
The role protects sensitive patient data and supports compliance with CIS, NIST, NCA, and PDPL requirements.
The position develops security and risk strategies, manages the information security team, and collaborates with IT and business leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop security and data protection policies aligned with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead enterprise risk assessments, maintain the risk register, and monitor risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee the outsourced SOC, including provider performance, KPIs, threat monitoring, detection, and response.
- Conduct compliance reviews and DPIAs and oversee incident response and regulatory reporting.
- Deliver security awareness programs and manage third-party security and data protection risks.
