- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Registration on the TAQAT platform is required.
- Applicants must be unemployed and must not have been registered with GOSI within the past six months.
- Applicants must not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
- Fluent English and good Microsoft Office skills are required.
