- We are looking for a highly driven Influencer, Social Media & Strategic Partnerships Specialist to lead creator-led growth, social storytelling, and strategic partnerships that unlock step-change growth for noon Minutes.
- This role sits at the intersection of creativity, partnerships, and data — responsible not only for building culturally relevant campaigns, but also for identifying scalable growth opportunities through creators, communities, hubs, brands, and local partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Influencer marketing
a.
Own influencer and social campaigns from ideation to execution: idea generation, briefing, creator sourcing, production, execution, and reporting.
b.
Manage influencer relationships across tiers (mega, macro, micro, nano) and formats (short-form video, static, live, UGC).
c.
Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
d.
Ensure consistently high-quality output aligned with noon Minutes’ brand tone, speed, and cultural relevance.
2. Strategic Partnerships (Growth-Focused)
a.
Identify, pitch, and manage strategic partnerships that unlock incremental growth (e.g. brands, IPs, sports clubs, compounds, universities, content platforms, delivery hubs, and local communities).
b.
Design partnership concepts that drive measurable outcomes such as new user acquisition, order frequency, basket size, or regional penetration.
c.
Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, brand, growth, ops) to activate partnerships across marketing, app, on-ground, and influencer channels.
d.
Own partner relationships end-to-end, from ideation and negotiation to execution and post-campaign analysis.
3. Data-Driven Influencer & Partnership Strategy
a.
Use data to guide influencer selection, partnership prioritization, and budget allocation.
b.
Assess influencer audience demographics (location, age, interests, language, platform behavior) to match creators with the highest growth potential.
c.
Analyze hub-level and area-level performance (orders, penetration, CAC, frequency) to identify locations where influencer or partnership activity can scale demand.
d.
Build playbooks for repeatable influencer + partnership models that can be rolled out across cities or hubs.
4. Social Media Strategy & Execution
a.
Collaborate with the content and brand teams to shape social media calendars and channel strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat).
b.
Ensure social content supports business priorities such as launches, promos, partnerships, and cultural moments.
c.
Identify emerging trends and act quickly to create reactive, high-impact content.
5. Performance Measurement & Reporting
a.
Track and report on influencer, social, and partnership performance using clear KPIs (reach, engagement, CAC, orders, ROI, sentiment).
b.
Run post-campaign analyses to identify learnings, optimization opportunities, and scalable formats.
c.
Work closely with growth and performance teams to connect influencer and partnership activity to business outcomes.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
a.
Work closely with brand, growth, commercial, design, performance marketing, and ops teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
b.
Coordinate with external agencies, creators, and partners to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, partnerships, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience running end-to-end campaigns and managing creators or partners.
- Strong understanding of UAE & KSA markets, influencer ecosystems, and digital culture.
- Data-literate mindset with experience using performance dashboards, influencer tools, or growth metrics to inform decisions.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to move fast, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a high-growth environment.
- Fluent in English & Arabic (preferred).
