Job Summary
Al Waha Hygiene is seeking an experienced and proactive Indoor Sales Coordinator for a telesales-focused role.
The role involves generating leads, converting them into customers, engaging clients, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and convert leads into customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle post-sale inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Update client information, track sales interactions, and report lead conversion progress.
- Continuously learn about company services and client solutions.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of telesales experience in the UAE, ideally in a service-focused environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
- Ability to provide solutions based on client capabilities and requirements.
- Customer-focused, quick to learn, and adaptable.
- Ability to join immediately.
- Bachelor's degree.
