Role Overview
Al Waha Hygiene Pest Control and Facilities Services LLC is hiring a detail-oriented Pre-Qualification / Vendor Registration Executive.
The role is based at the company's head office in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit vendor registration and pre-qualification documents across the UAE.
- Maintain company profiles, licenses, certifications, and compliance documents.
- Track renewal deadlines for licenses, certifications, insurance, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance to gather submission documents.
- Respond to questionnaires, tender pre-qualification forms, and portal-based onboarding requests.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for corporate and compliance documents.
- Follow up on registration status and resolve documentation gaps.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in vendor registration, pre-qualification, tendering, or bid documentation.
- Relevant experience in UAE facilities management, cleaning, pest control, or MEP/contracting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business licensing, ISO certifications, and vendor portals.
- Excellent English communication skills are required, while Arabic is a plus.
