Your Background
- Outbound sales experience (cold calling, SDR/BDR, field sales, door to door, telesales).
- B2C closing experience (insurance, real estate, financial products, automotive, telecom, retail finance).
- BPO sales with U.S. client exposure.
- SDR/BDR promoted to AE.
- Any sales role where rejection was part of the job.
What We Need From You
- English at C1 or C2 — clear, confident, natural with U.S. buyers.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets — any industry, B2B or B2C.
- CRM discipline — HubSpot or equivalent.
- Available Monday–Friday during US Eastern or Central hours.
- Stable home internet (min. 20 Mbps) for daily video calls.
Your Offer
- Guaranteed Base: $1,500 – $2,500 monthly.
- Performance Commission: 15–25%, increasing with performance.
- Average Commission: $1,500 – $2,000 monthly.
- Total Monthly Earnings: $2,500 – $4,500+ with clear path to increase.
- Truly Uncapped Commission: top performers earn $5,000+ monthly.
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor/Consultant – Full Time.
- Workplace Type: Fully Remote.
Key Time Zone & Schedule Requirements
- Work Schedule: 9 hour shifts following US business hours.
- Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (mandatory).
- Time Zone Alignment: Must be able to consistently work in Eastern Time.
- Availability: Monday to Friday during U.S. business hours.
