ASIA Prime General Contracting Co. is seeking an ERP Support Engineer/Analyst.
The role supports ERP implementation, system troubleshooting, reporting, functional assistance, and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ERP implementation lifecycle, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and resolve system-related problems.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports for business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance ERP functionality.
- Provide end-user training and functional assistance.
- Document ERP processes, updates, and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum eight years of ERP support, implementation, or administration experience in the construction industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems such as ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or similar.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming using Angular, PowerBuilder, and .NET; the source states these are mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
