- Manage importation documentation, regulatory compliance, and product registration activities
- Prepare and manage contracts, regulatory documents, and submissions for senior management review and approval
- Coordinate with government authorities to ensure smooth import operations
- Handle product registration and compliance processes for food and non food products using SABER platform
- Manage customs clearance procedures, import permits, and pre notification requirements
- Draft official letters and regulatory correspondence, communicating with SFDA and other relevant authorities
- Manage Trademark registration processes and related documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in importation administration or regulatory affairs
- Proven experience preparing and managing contracts, regulatory documents, and submissions for senior management review
- Hands on experience with product registration and compliance processes for food and non food products, including SABER platform
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import permits, and pre notification requirements
- Experience drafting official letters and regulatory correspondence, with direct communication with SFDA and other authorities
- Proven experience managing Trademark registration processes and related documentation
- Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory requirements related to imported products
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple regulatory and administrative processes simultaneously

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Importation Administration Specialist to manage importation documentation, regulatory compliance, and product registration activities.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements, customs procedures, and coordination with government authorities to ensure smooth import operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in importation administration, or regulatory affairs.
- Proven experience preparing and managing contracts, regulatory documents, and submissions for senior management review and approval.
- Hands on experience with product registration and compliance processes for both food and non food products, including the SABER platform.
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import permits, and pre notification requirements.
