Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in cost estimation for fitout projects, preferably in the UAE market
- Strong knowledge of fitout materials, labor rates, and construction processes
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
