(IE) Infrastructure Engineer

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure, focusing on OCI services.
• Support servers, virtualization, storage, backups, operating systems, and platform availability.
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and system alerts.
• Support patching, upgrades, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage Linux and Windows servers, IAM, VPNs, networking components, and cloud resources.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support production stability.
• Assist with automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability initiatives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, application, and vendor teams.
• Maintain documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
• Two to five years of infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud operations experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with OCI, AWS, or Azure is required, with OCI preferred.
• Linux server administration and basic Windows Server management experience are required.
• Networking knowledge covering DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancers, and TCP/IP is required.
• Knowledge of backup, monitoring, patch management, and infrastructure security practices is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Git, scripting, automation, Terraform, Ansible, or CI/CD experience is a plus.
• Fintech, banking, or regulated-environment experience is preferred.
• High availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, and production support knowledge is preferred.
• Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar monitoring and observability experience is preferred.
• SAMA/NCA cybersecurity and infrastructure compliance awareness is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, ownership, and teamwork skills are preferred.
