Role Overview
Identity Access Management Consultant providing end-to-end technical leadership for Ping Identity, SSO, and access management solutions.
The role combines deep technical expertise with consultative engagement, and relevant IAM sales or pre-sales experience may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design IAM architecture and integrate enterprise applications with SailPoint.
- Onboard applications to SailPoint for SSO and MFA and standardize integration processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Provide implementation leadership and consultative guidance.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and deliver presentations.
- Influence the product roadmap through customer feedback and market insights.
- Communicate technical and business information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of IAM experience with Ping Identity products and other SSO solutions.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth, SAML, OpenID, REST APIs, databases, and LDAP.
- Hands-on experience with Azure IAM, ForgeRock, and cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- IAM product certifications such as Ping, Azure, or ForgeRock are highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience in enterprise consulting, implementation, support, or training.
- SailPoint exposure in IAM solutions is a plus.
