A confidential company in Abu Dhabi seeks an ICT Sales Account Manager to sell ICT solutions to new and existing customers, manage the full sales lifecycle, and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads, convert them into opportunities, bid, and successfully close deals
- Sell ICT solutions to end users and achieve assigned sales targets
- Manage accounts for cross selling and upselling
- Work closely with clients in developing solutions and identifying the right technologies
- Own and manage the bidding process in collaboration with the bidding team
- Provide market, account, competitor, and bid intelligence information to senior management
- Support Sales Manager in negotiating and closing large deals
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by bringing in new customer logos and cross/upselling
- Act as a single point of contact for the customer
- Prepare full account development plans to maximize business opportunities
- Follow up on invoices and be responsible for payment collections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Computer Sciences, or a related field (Preferable Engineering Graduate)
- Minimum experience of 3 5 years, out of which the last 2 3 years should be in a similar role
- Experience in customized enterprise ICT solution sales is mandatory
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to drive sales growth
- Strong client focus and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self motivated with a competitive, results driven attitude
- Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Driving License Required

Job Summary
- Selling Company's range of ICT solutions and services to new and existing customers in various sectors and managing the entire sales life cycle.
- Manage all the new accounts that you bring in with support from the Sales Operations Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads by focusing on hunting for new opportunities through existing professional networks, cold calling, and other methods.
- Work closely with the client in developing solutions, identifying the right technologies and sell the range of Company's ICT solutions and services.
- Own and manage the bidding process in collaboration with the bidding team and be responsible for the accuracy and quality of the end proposal and bid package.
- Support senior management with market, account, competitor, and bid intelligence information.
- Provide the right inputs and support the Sales Manager in negotiating and closing large deals.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by bringing in new customer logos and cross/upselling to existing or allocated accounts.
- Ensure that revenues generated are at acceptable gross margins.
- Act as a single point of contact for the customer always.
- Work closely with the project team to maintain continuous knowledge of project status.
- Prepare a full account development plan to identify all customer's business aspects.
- Identify and develop new leads from existing accounts.
- Increase the services offered to the customer.
Job Requirements
