- Provide L2/L3 support for IBM OpenPages applications
- Monitor application performance and resolve production issues
- Perform OpenPages configuration, administration, and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot workflows, object types, security roles, and access related issues
- Support application upgrades, patches, and environment migrations
- Work with business users to analyze incidents and provide resolutions
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for issue resolution
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures
- Ensure adherence to SLA requirements and operational standards
- Support testing activities during releases and enhancements
- Assist in developing and maintaining reports using Cognos and QlikSense where required

- 5+ years of experience working with IBM OpenPages
- Strong understanding of OpenPages administration and configuration
- Experience supporting GRC applications in production environments
- Knowledge of workflows, object models, security configuration, and reporting within OpenPages
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Overview
