About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support wider teams in the Coverage effort of key MENA accounts
- Coordinate and assist in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with MENA clients
- Conduct sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling
- Communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers in both origination and execution projects
- Utilize regional knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assist Sector and Product bankers on opportunities
- Help develop and mentor the juniors in the team
Requirements
- Relevant M&A and Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market products
- Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM
- Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem solving abilities
- High levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro activity levels and drive
- Effective organisational skills the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to drive and influence senior, cross functional and cross regional deal teams
- Able to communicate well with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in teams
- Able to creatively solve problems and to successfully navigate a large, matrix based organisation

Your key responsibilities
- Supporting wider teams in the Coverage effort of key MENA accounts
- Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with MENA clients.
- Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling
- In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers.
- You will be expected to utilize regional knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Sector and Product bankers on opportunities.
- You will also be responsible for helping to develop and mentor the juniors in the team.
