- Primary Responsibilities – Lead store performance and customer experience

- Own day-to-day store operations to ensure a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused shopping environment consistent with company standards and brand guidelines.
- Drive sales growth by setting clear targets, monitoring performance metrics, and executing plans to meet or exceed store revenue, margin, and KPI objectives.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store team members to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain high standards of product knowledge and presentation.
- Manage staffing, schedules, and labor costs to ensure appropriate coverage during peak periods while controlling expenses and maximizing productivity.
- Oversee inventory management including stock replenishment, stocktakes, shrink reduction, and timely reporting of discrepancies to minimize loss and support availability.
- Ensure effective merchandising and visual presentation in line with promotional plans, seasonal resets, and brand directives to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely, empathetic resolutions to protect customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Implement company policies and procedures for cash handling, health & safety, loss prevention, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Collaborate with regional management, marketing, and supply chain teams to execute local events, promotions, and operational initiatives that support commercial objectives in Taif.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales forecasts, and team development needs; use data to recommend improvements and action plans.
- Qualifications and Skills – Commercial, operational, and people-focused
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
- 3+ years of retail management or assistant manager experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience developing teams, conducting performance reviews, and building a positive store culture.
- Excellent commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to translate sales data into actionable plans.
- Proficient in POS systems, basic accounting principles, and inventory management processes; experience with CRM or retail management systems is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and motivate staff across diverse backgrounds.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within Taif for meetings or store support when required is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English preferred to support a diverse customer base and regional reporting.
