- Welcome customers, assess their needs, provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Proactively promote products and current promotions, work to meet individual and store sales targets, and close sales using effective questioning and upselling techniques
- Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage accuracy, and keep the sales floor clean and organized
- Learn and maintain up to date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to advise customers confidently
- Operate cash register and payment systems accurately, process transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support new team members as needed
- Adhere to cash handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to protect assets and maintain a safe environment
- Provide regular feedback to store management on customer trends, inventory needs, and sales performance
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred; entry level candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering friendly, responsive service and building customer relationships
- Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions with attention to detail
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

Skills and Qualifications
