- Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, ensure pricing and signage accuracy, and keep the sales floor clean and organized
- Learn and maintain up to date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions
- Operate cash register and payment systems accurately, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges following company policies
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Work with colleagues and store leadership to achieve daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support new team members
- Follow cash handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to protect assets and ensure a safe environment
- Provide regular feedback to store management on customer trends, inventory needs, and sales performance
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred; entry level candidates with strong customer service skills encouraged to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong commitment to delivering friendly, responsive service
- Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions with attention to detail
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated, customer focused Salesperson to join our retail team in Hail. The successful candidate will engage with customers in store, drive sales of our product range, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to achieving branch targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information and recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Point of Sale Operations: Operate cash register and payment systems accurately, handle transactions, returns, and exchanges following company policies.
- Customer Service & Aftercare: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and store leadership to achieve daily operational goals, participate in team meetings, and support new team members as needed.
- Loss Prevention & Compliance: Follow cash handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies to protect assets and ensure a safe environment.
- Reporting: Provide regular feedback to store management on customer trends, inventory needs, and sales performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred; entry level candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
