Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and customer focused salesperson to join our retail team in Najran.
- This role is responsible for driving in store sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers proactively to identify needs, present products, demonstrate features, and recommend appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Meet individual and store sales targets by driving conversion, increasing average transaction value, and maximizing units per sale.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, handling returns and complaints professionally, and following up as needed.
- Maintain up to date product knowledge, including promotions, pricing, and new arrivals.
- Process sales accurately using the point of sale (POS) system, handle cash and electronic payments according to company procedures.
- Support merchandising and visual presentation standards by restocking, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor clean and safe.
- Assist with inventory activities, receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to support promotions, events, and a positive team environment.
- Adhere to company policies, loss prevention procedures, and health and safety guidelines at all times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer facing sales experience preferred; recent graduates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
- Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
