Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and customer focused salesperson to join our retail team in Khamis Mushait. This role is responsible for driving in store sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers proactively to identify needs, present products, demonstrate features, and recommend appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Meet individual and store sales targets by driving conversion, increasing average transaction value, and maximizing units per sale.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, handling returns and complaints professionally, and following up as needed.
- Maintain up to date product knowledge, including promotions, pricing, and new arrivals.
- Process sales accurately using the point of sale (POS) system, handle cash and electronic payments.
- Support merchandising and visual presentation standards by restocking, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor clean.
- Assist with inventory activities, receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in store meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to support promotions and events.
- Adhere to company policies, loss prevention procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer facing sales experience preferred; recent graduates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
- Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Customer focused attitude with a commitment to delivering a positive shopping experience.
- Basic numeracy and cash handling proficiency; comfortable using POS systems and mobile devices.
