I & M Project Manager

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. P.Eng. (Ontario) designation is highly preferred.
• Experience: 5–8+ years of progressive experience in I&M, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of the GTA construction market, including specific knowledge of Metrolinx, TTC, or MTO monitoring standards and current projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate with clients and manage high-pressure situations on active construction sites.
• Advanced understanding of the "Critical Path" in construction and how I&M activities integrate with excavation, tunneling, and shoring.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization platforms and related software.
• Ability to assist the estimating team with technical proposals and bid costings for new work.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level summary reports for non-technical project owners.
• Split between the corporate office and frequent site visits for client meetings, audits, and managing field activities.
• Must be available for emergency consultation outside of standard hours if critical trigger levels are breached on-site.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Expected Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year. The actual base salary will depend on several factors including experience, qualifications, internal equity, work location and market expectations.
