Role Overview
The role owns end-to-end campaign analytics workstreams for global clients.
Work includes data science modeling, AI/ML deployment, audience segmentation, measurement, and insight generation.
The position supports CRM and loyalty engagement through predictive models and advanced analytics.
Model Development and MLOps
- Design, build, validate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models for propensity, churn, next-best-action, CLTV, and loyalty tier migration use cases.
- Own problem framing, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Partner with analytics teams to productionize models and integrate outputs into CRM journeys and campaign workflows.
- Contribute to methodology standards, model lifecycle governance, and MLOps practices.
Analytics and Measurement
- Design and govern global control group frameworks and statistical methodologies across markets.
- Conduct CLV, churn, and engagement analyses to identify high-value segments and at-risk cohorts.
- Analyze audience, channel, content, conversion, booking, revenue, and customer journey performance.
- Lead A/B tests and holdout-group designs and interpret results for future campaign strategy.
