About the Role
Egis seeks an I&C Technical Lead to develop and prepare scope of work for instrumentation and control activities related to nuclear outage maintenance in Abu Dhabi. The role leads preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of I&C systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement work packages, procedures, and schedules for I&C activities
- Lead and supervise I&C maintenance activities as per planned schedule
- Serve as primary point of contact for preparation, planning, execution, and closeout of work packages
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve operational issues and implement modifications
- Train and mentor junior technicians and team members on I&C systems maintenance and operations
- Support outage planning, execution, and post outage evaluations related to valves
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Radiation Protection, and Procurement teams
- Lead development and implementation of scheduling processes and resolve conflicts
- Provide technical support and guidance to I&C team members
- Work with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years in I&C maintenance and leadership roles at a nuclear power plant
- Strong technical expertise in I&C systems, sensors, transmitters, actuators, and control loops
- In depth knowledge of DCS, PLC, and process automation

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years in I&C maintenance, and leadership roles at a nuclear power plant
