Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC Systems, VRF/VRV Systems, and associated MEP products for projects
- Generate new business through market visits, client meetings, networking, and business development activities
- Identify potential accounts and develop strong relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients
- Promote and sell HVAC products and related MEP solutions based on customer and project requirements
- Manage project sales opportunities and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and coordinate with internal teams during the sales process
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong background in HVAC project sales and business development
- Proven experience selling Air Conditioning systems including Split AC, Ducted AC, Window AC, VRF/VRV systems
- Experience in Qatar/GCC market
- Ability to build relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end users
