HVAC / Fire Protection Engineer - Buildings/Residential Projects

Overview

• Eram Talent is seeking a qualified HVAC / Fire Protection Engineer to join our team working on Buildings and Residential Projects in Saudi Arabia.
• This role involves designing, reviewing, and overseeing the installation of HVAC and fire protection systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• The successful candidate will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions that meet project specifications and client requirements.
• The engineer will also participate in site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure all systems function optimally within building environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience of mechanical engineering principles. with a preference minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in HVAC system or Fire protection system in building/residential projects.
• You must be able to demonstrate experience in mechanical system design HVAC or Fire protection, installation, and testing.
• Knowledge of cost estimation and procurement processes related to mechanical projects is preferred.
• Experience with technical report writing and documentation is also necessary
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and fire protection codes and standards applicable in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and regulations.
• Professional certifications in HVAC and/or fire protection engineering are advantageous.
