- Perform deburring, edge breaking, and surface finishing of machined and fabricated components using hand and power tools.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, excess material, and surface defects without affecting dimensional accuracy.
- Mark components using approved methods such as stamping, engraving, vibro etching, or laser marking as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and marking requirements.
- Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Requirements
- Experience using deburring tools, grinders, files, rotary tools, and polishing equipment.
- Knowledge of part marking methods such as stamping, engraving, vibro etching, or laser marking.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and housekeeping practices.

Job Overview
