Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and expand the client base in the Dubai/UAE market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and enterprise clients
- Identify cross selling and upselling opportunities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets
- Increase wallet share and minimize account churn
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Work closely with Risk, Operations, Customer Support, and Technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Educate merchants on product features and maximize product adoption
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in the Dubai/UAE market
- Proven experience in Sales & Business Development within Payments, Fintech, Banking, or Cross Border Payments industry
- Strong understanding of the UAE merchant ecosystem
- Excellent business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with good problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Compensation
- Pay: AED 12,000.00 AED 15,000.00 per month
