- Proficiency in designing and facilitating engaging training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
- Experience with both in person and online training delivery methods
- Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes effectively
- Certification in relevant fields such as HR, coaching, or training preferred
