- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Role Description
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs focused on DevOps tools, practices, and methodologies.
- Conduct classroom based sessions, hands on labs, and workshops for learners at various skill levels.
- Prepare course materials, customize content to meet learner and corporate client needs.
- Provide mentoring and coaching throughout the learning journey.
- Evaluate learner performance, provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams and industry experts to ensure training aligns with current DevOps trends.
- Maintain high training quality standards, support learner queries, contribute to curriculum updates.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows environments.
- Customer service skills to engage professionally with learners and corporate clients.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Prior experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or DevOps engineer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (Linux, cloud, DevOps) preferred but not mandatory.
