- Support day to day HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records management
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate employee benefits administration
- Respond to HR related inquiries from staff and managers
- Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary processes
- Contribute to recruitment activities such as screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment offers
- Support training and development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and metrics
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal standards
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Proficiency in Personnel Management
- Understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- HR certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in facilities management or related industries is beneficial

Role Description
