Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Jeddah.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for managing HR tasks, including managing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management.
The specialist will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supporting the organization's staffing and employee relations strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
- Experience in Employee Benefits programs and Personnel Management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in facilities management or similar industries is a plus
- 2-5 years of experience required. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Strong experience with Saudi government websites such as Social Insurance, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem is necessary.
