- Manage day to day financial activities including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank accounts, and monitor cash flows
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for facility management operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to provide financial insights, assist with audits, and enhance internal controls
Requirements
- Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements
- Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting for operations or projects
- Ability to use accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local financial regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah

Role Description
- The Accountant will manage day to day financial activities, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports.
Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and monitoring cash flows.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for facility management operations.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations.
- Collaborating with operations and management teams to provide financial insights, assist with audits, and enhance internal controls.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
- Ability to use accounting software and ERP systems; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and local financial regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in facilities management, property management, or service industries preferred.
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah.
