The Human Resources Specialist supports HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities for various business functions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases and HRMS records.
- Support management with relevant HR information.
