Position Summary
The Human Resource Professional supports end-to-end HR functions for an Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi.
The role partners with business leaders to support organizational growth while ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and labour laws.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support organizational growth.
- Ensure a positive employee experience and promote engagement and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or heavy industry sector is preferred.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and relationship-building skills is valued.
- The candidate should be organized and able to support multiple HR functions.
