Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery for large-scale Enterprise GIS projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise GIS projects.
- Manage plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate GIS teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Conduct status meetings and executive presentations.
- Ensure governance, quality, and timely delivery.
- Manage client communications and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee GIS data migration, conversion, and enterprise GIS implementation.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and support change management and PMO best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, GIS, Geomatics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Agile certification is preferred.
- At least 10 years of project management experience.
Required Experience
- Experience managing Enterprise GIS implementation projects.
- Prior client-facing project management experience.
- Experience with Middle East clients is highly preferred.
- Public Works, Utilities, Infrastructure, or Government project experience is preferred.
