About the job

  • TSC is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our Jeddah office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
  • Process employee transactions across government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other relevant portals.
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and separation processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support HR reporting.
  • Support payroll administration, leave management, and employee documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of HR Operations experience within Saudi Arabia.
  • Hands on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; Oracle HRMS experience is preferred.
