Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies
- Process employee transactions across government platforms including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad
- Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, and separation processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and support HR reporting
- Support payroll administration, leave management, and employee documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 3 years of HR Operations experience within Saudi Arabia
- Hands on experience managing the complete employee lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with HRIS systems; Oracle HRMS experience is preferred
