- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize current and future partners (biotech, pharma, CMOs, and government entities).
- Lead partnership models including manufacturing, distribution, and technology transfer.
- Own the end to end alliance lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to performance tracking.
- Proactively identify risks (scientific, regulatory, operational, and reputational) and define mitigation plans.
- Maintain strong, long term relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Develop and maintain a company wide Business Growth Plan aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to evaluate and execute new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- KSA experience is a MUST.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

The opportunity

- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future expansion by identifying and managing strategic partnerships, leading market entry initiatives, and supporting the launch of innovative products in Saudi Arabia.
