Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve corporate compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments, identify regulatory gaps, and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor compliance across business operations, investigate potential violations, and oversee corrective actions
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure organization wide compliance
- Act as primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, external auditors, vendors, and consultants
- Deliver compliance awareness initiatives and training programs
- Prepare executive level compliance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, internal audit, or risk management
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory and ethical risks
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate compliance policies and programs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret evolving regulatory requirements
- Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- Master's degree or MBA and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent

The Opportunity
- TSC is partnering with a leading integrated healthcare and wellness group to identify an experienced Compliance Manager.
About the Role
- As the Compliance Manager, you will define, execute, and oversee the organization's compliance program across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Enhance: Design, implement, and continuously improve corporate compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Assess & Mitigate Risk: Conduct regular compliance risk assessments, identify regulatory gaps, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor & Resolve: Monitor compliance across business operations, investigate potential violations, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
- Advise & Align: Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure organization wide compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Manage External Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, external auditors, vendors, and consultants.
- Promote a Culture of Compliance: Deliver compliance awareness initiatives and training programs that reinforce ethical conduct across the organization.
- Report & Recommend: Prepare executive level compliance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, internal audit, or risk management.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory and ethical risks.
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate compliance policies and programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret evolving regulatory requirements and recommend practical solutions.
- Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA and Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or equivalent professional certification.
